Product Warranty Information

Running Lites, Diamond Lites and LED Clearance/Marker Lite Warranty

Nexlite Corporation hereby warrants to the original purchaser only, three (3) years from the date of purchase, LED Running Lites, Diamond Lites and LED clearance / marker lights to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use only. This limited three (3) year warranty applies to 12 volt (only) LED lamps and internal wiring connections of the Running Lites, Diamond Lites and clearance / marker lights. Certain applications are excluded such as off-road 4x4 vehicles, ATV’s, snowmobiles and construction equipment. Additional severe applications may also be excluded from this warranty.

This warranty does not cover normal discoloring of the polymer extrusion (PVC) due to UV rays, salt exposure, magnesium chloride, cleaners or any other chemicals. The PVC jacket will slowly discolor over time due to exposure and is considered normal.

Accessories, Hardware, Extrusions and Marker Bases

Nexlite Corporation hereby warrants to the original purchaser only, one (1) year from the date of purchase, all accessories, hardware, fittings, gaskets, extrusions and marker bases to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not apply to damage or corrosion effecting chrome, anodized or powder coat finishes when exposed to certain incompatible cleaners and other chemicals.

General Warranty & Conditions

If the original purchaser of Running Lites and Diamond Lites products discovers any defect in the material and workmanship in such product during the applicable warranty period, Nexlite Corporation shall, at Nexlite’s cost, repair or replace at Nexlite’s sole option, any defective product.

The foregoing warranty shall not include the cost of shipment of the product from the original purchaser to Nexlite and Nexlite shall have no responsibility for any labor charge relating to the original installation, removal or reinstallation of the product. Nexlite shall not be liable in any event whatsoever for personal injuries or property losses due to incidental, consequential, or collateral damages. Warranty is void if product has been damaged through misuse, negligence, accident, natural calamities or has been modified or altered in any way.

ALWAYS READ AND FOLLOW INSTUCTIONS COMPLETELY BEFORE BEGINNING ANY RUNNING LITES AND DIAMOND LITES INSTALLATION PROJECT. These limited warranties do not apply to any Running Lites and Diamond Lites products or accessories which have not been installed in accordance with the installation instructions. These limited warranties to the original purchaser only, are expressly in lieu of all other warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose or use. Except for the foregoing limited warranties, Nexlite makes no other direct, indirect or implied warranty with respect to its products.

Any defective products submitted for limited warranty consideration may be inspected by Nexlite qualified factory personal or distributors. Nexlite Corporation’s Limited Warranties do not constitute, in any way, a product guarantee and Nexlite does not assume any additional obligations of any kind whatsoever except supplying a free replacement of the product when covered within the stated warranty periods. Nexlite reserves the right to change and/or redesign any manufactured product without assuming any obligations to supply previously manufactured products or accessories. Any defective product claimed in the warranty period will be replaced with current designed products and/or accessories.

Product Replacement Instructions

For defective products and limited warranty consideration, please contact Nexlite Corporation at 1-800-485-3080 for a DEFECTIVE GOODS AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. All defective products covered in the limited warranty period will be replaced with current designed products and sent directly to the original purchaser only. If any discrepancies occur or Nexlite warranty evaluation determines that defective product(s) are not covered, the original purchaser may request a written report concerning evaluation.
